1. Agreement to these terms
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site. Cross Crusaders is an independent, fundamental, King James Bible-believing, Baptist ministry, and this site exists to share its preaching, its work and its contact information.
2. Use of the site
You may read, share and link to the material here for personal and ministry use. You may not use the site to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, to interfere with its operation, or to collect information about other visitors.
3. Gifts and donations
Donations are processed by Stripe, and your payment details are handled by Stripe rather than by this site. Gifts support the work of the ministry, including street ministry, printing and travel. If you have a question about a gift you have given, contact us and we will look into it.
4. Prayer requests
Prayer requests sent through this site are received by the ministry and prayed over. You may ask to stay anonymous and your anonymity is respected. We do not collect or sell any data from prayer requests.
5. Church listings
The church directory is offered as a help to people looking for a local church. Listings are submitted by churches and by readers. We do our best to keep them accurate, but details such as service times and addresses can change without notice, so confirm with the church before you visit. A listing is not a guarantee about any church, and a church may ask to be removed at any time.
6. Store orders
Merchandise shown on this site may be sold and fulfilled through third-party services, and their terms apply to your order alongside these. Prices and availability can change.
7. Our material
Text, images, sermons, videos and marks on this site belong to Cross Crusaders unless stated otherwise. You may quote and share them with attribution. Do not sell them, and do not present them as your own or in a way that changes their meaning.
8. Links to other sites
This site links to services and pages we do not control, including Stripe, YouTube and social platforms. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
9. No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors, and to the extent the law allows, Cross Crusaders is not liable for loss arising from your use of it.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the ministry and the site change. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
