1. What this policy covers
This policy explains what information this website handles, why, and what happens to it. Cross Crusaders is an independent, fundamental, King James Bible-believing, Baptist ministry, and this site exists to share its preaching and its work.
2. Information you send us
When you email or call using the links on this site, we receive what you choose to send: your name, your contact details and your message. We use it to answer you and to carry on the conversation, and nothing more.
3. Prayer requests
Prayer requests are received by the ministry and prayed over by name. You may ask to stay anonymous and your anonymity is respected. We do not collect or sell any data from prayer requests.
4. Church listings
If you submit a church for the directory, the details you give — the church name, address, service times and public contact information — are meant to be published on the site so others can find it. Do not send anything through that form you would not want shown publicly.
5. Donations
Gifts are processed by Stripe. Your card and bank details go to Stripe, not to this site, and we never see them. Stripe handles that information under its own privacy policy. The name, email, shirt size and mailing address you enter on the gifts form are sent to Stripe alongside your donation so we can post your thank-you gift.
6. What your browser stores
This site saves two small preferences in your own browser: the theme you picked and the language you picked. They stay on your device so the site looks the same on your next visit, and they are not sent to us. Clearing your browser storage removes them.
7. Embedded and linked services
Sermon videos are embedded from YouTube, and the site links out to social platforms and to Stripe. Those services may collect information about you when their content loads or when you follow a link, under their own policies. We do not control that.
8. What we do not do
We do not sell your information, and we do not trade or rent it to advertisers. We share what you send us only when you have asked us to, or where the law requires it.
9. Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If a child has sent us something and a parent or guardian would like it removed, contact us and we will remove it.
10. Keeping and removing information
We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to the ministry. You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do so where we are able.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the ministry and the site change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
